HOW CAN I MAKE MY PURCHASE?

IT’S VERY EASY

All you have to do is register with us by completing a short questionnaire, and you will then be able to access your session and click on your desired articles to put them into the shopping cart.

TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER WITHIN 48 HOURS. WE DELIVER TO THE WHOLE OF SPAIN

Seur Frio will deliver your order to your home BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8am and 1.30pm, on the delivery day. Important: if you notice anything out of the ordinary, make a note of this on the delivery note and inform us immediately via an email to consultas@camposcarneecologica.com or by telephoning 955 752 521. All the necessary steps regarding your complaint will be taken within the following 24 hours.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES:

  • For orders of less than €50.00 the transport charge will be €9.
  • For orders of between €50.00 and €75 the transport charge will be €7.95.
  • For orders exceeding €75 the transport will be free of charge.
  • There is a minimum order of €25.
  • Delivery days are: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, whichever suits you best.
  • Orders placed before 14.00hh will be delivered within 48 hours.

HOW DO I PAY?

WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD OR CASH ON DELIVERY

Once you have made your purchase you will receive a confirmation email, which will contain all the details of your order. The entire cutting process is by hand, therefore there may be small variations in the weight, which means that the total order could differ slightly. You can pay by credit card or cash on delivery. If your payment is made by credit card, this will not be charged until the order leaves our facilities. If it is cash on delivery, you will be able to pay the delivery driver directly.

HOW IS IT STORED?

IT IS STORED CHILLED

All our meat is fresh. The product is presented shrink-wrapped or on heat-sealed trays. It is transported maintaining the cold chain of between 2ºC and 8ºC, which guarantees a product of maximum quality. Should you so wish, you can freeze the products when they reach your home.
